Invitation to join the 2023 College Football Pick'Em

Once again, I'm organizing a College Football Pick'Em for the BWI boards.

It's free to enter. On the flip side, all you win are bragging rights for a year.

There is a weekly competition, as well as a season-long competition.

Basically, each week of the season you pick from a slate of games from the B1G, the Top 25 teams, and other highlighted games. You pick the winners (straight; you're not picking against the spread). In addition, there is a tiebreaker where you predict the score of two of the games, and that's used to break ties. Lastly, in case life, PSU games, etc., cause you to be unable to/forget to play a couple of the weeks during the season (which would eliminate you from the running of the season-long competition), each participant gets to drop their two worst scores.

Now that I have joined, I expect the floodgates to open for other board members to jump on board - as I have proven annually (OK, every time I post), it's not hard to trounce me every week in a battle of college football knowledge

Bumping this up again to remind everyone. Many of the long-time players have joined this year's competition. There's always room for more contestants.

If you have signed up, or are still thinking about doing so, a reminder that there are 3 Friday night games in this week's competition. Picks for 2 of them have to be in by 6:55 pm EDT. In addition, the 2nd tiebreaker picks have to also be in by that time.
