I'd bet that only Raffo could tell Polk to chill. As a sane person, Raffo can see what Polk is doing to himself and the school. And Raffo is probably the only guy Polk would listen to right now.

The only complaint I really have of Raffo during this thing is that it does feel like he could have talked some sense into Polk and saved us all the embarassment.
