Thoughts? Would it work better in today's Bulldogs?
Waste of summer?
Good program needing good coaching and better players?

That Irondawg **** was just for show, and relics of the Jackie Era, which doesn't need to return.

one of the keys to our success lest year and in the future. I know for a fact that we had less than 10 players on the whole team that could power clean over 315 pounds when he got here and now we have close to 30. We had less injuries last year as a whole ( no thanks to Money Mike) which I am sure some of you know has a lot to do with the strength and condition program that they are going through. The Iorndawg program was good but as Goat Holder stated it became less and less prestigious as the years went by. I like what our guys do now better.

contributed to our backsliding in baseball too. Our guys always looked slow and not very athletic on the baseball team. I hear Cohen will change that too. Is Richard Akins still in charge of weights in basketball and baseball? If so, then there lies the problem. He's a nice guy, but lazy and negative as hell.
