Last I heard 2 (?) of their players were out (1 after a DUI arrest who then declared for the draft IiRC).Or is this going to be their first team captained our JV squad?
Please link the story that reads the team is ānot really interested in the gameā, and do not include the players who opted out.Last I heard 2 (?) of their players were out (1 after a DUI arrest who then declared for the draft IiRC).
This does appear to be a matchup of a motivated team (playing on Jan 1 for the first time in a while) verses a team that was not really interested in the game and mostly JV now.

Unfortunately it is starting to look that way.It would be like kentucky a few years ago.
SNELL. YEAH.
Problem is he'll be alone because every other player over 21 transferred out.Did you miss the interview with Clifford where they asked him what it means to play in the Outback Bowl? He said, āWho gives a sh|t? Weāre here to hit the bars and get hammered.ā

Yeah I missed that. Can you share a link?Did you miss the interview with Clifford where they asked him what it means to play in the Outback Bowl? He said, āWho gives a sh|t? Weāre here to hit the bars and get hammered.ā
We'll the younger guys can send him into the local packy to buy the beer and then they can go drink it behind the stadium. Always good to have that one guy who can get served. Party time!Problem is he'll be alone because every other player over 21 transferred out.
Here's the more interesting question. With Poindexter calling the defense, does trust his guys and play one on one in the secondary or does he play zone and get a safety in the box or a combination of both. I think it's a great call to play Sutherland in this spot. He can do both.Or is this going to be their first team vs. our JV squad?
Agree, this one smacks of getting ugly quickly.Or worse.
It will be like the Illinois game, only Arkansas has way better players. I wouldn't be shocked if Arkansas uses a similar jumbo package as Illinois at times. But they probably won't need to.Agree, this one smacks of getting ugly quickly.
Michigan is also a good running team and we should have won that game. Unfortunate that we have so many guys opting out, but maybe that gives the replacements some motivation to show everyone what they got. Older brother buys the keg!Problem is he'll be alone because every other player over 21 transferred out.
I hope the younger players play well also. That's the bright side of the opt outs. Get to see the young guys in game action.Michigan is also a good running team and we should have won that game.
