if a team has a tendancy to automatically swing in certain counts, I can guarantee you that it is going to be picked up other teams pretty quickly, and I can also guarantee you that we're not going to get a BP fastball to hit either.
What we are doing is "textbook", and what other teams are doing to us is probably "pitching backwards" ie throwing breaking pitches in fastball counts, which is not "textbook", although you probably see pitching backwards in about every inning in the Big Leagues.
