Vandy looked pretty good today. Maybe VT is awful but Vandy looked like they are fundamentally sound. This isn't good for Carolina.
One thing is obvious; Beamer isn't the guy to bring Carolina back to relevance. Giving him the huge raise after the fluke wins over UT and clemson was a big mistake. There was no danger of any other program trying to hire him away. His salary and contract terms at the time would have been adequate, Beamer wasn't going anywhere.
