Rob Glass the OKST strength Coach the past 18 years signed a new 5 year deal worth $ 1 million per year. I never realized just how far those type of coaches had progressed financially. I read probably the best review of a strength Coach you could get. “Rob routinely takes 2 star recruits and has them conditioned to play like 4 star athletes.” OKST makes a living out of finding diamond in the rough kids and handing them over to Mr Glass who takes them to another level. Nice to see that some “ old school” tenured coaches being rewarded.
