Him not announcing Split had anything to do with it was genius. I watched the whole movie having no idea - which is the way it should be seen.

I loved Unbreakable and Split was alright, but I didn't like Glass at all. I don't know what I was expecting, but it was incredibly underwhelming. It's like... we're going to build up to this huge payoff and then it's like 'nah', we're gonna just drown Bruce Willis in a mud puddle and here's some Youtube clips that everyone will totally believe are real. Just bleh.
