Common sense from the outside looking in. Not so much when you have hundreds of variables that the know it alls don't see or understand.
Sounds like politicians who talk down to the electorate to make their jobs sound so much harder and difficult than they really are so you really DO have to just trust that they know what they're doing.
If you select "top" you can then choose position groups and it will show you rank in the portal by position.
No idea what the rankings are based on.
