I’ll admit to not following the Saints at all the last few years. But I couldn’t believe when I flipped it over today and he was the QB. Didn’t realize he was even still in the league, much less a starting QB

He ain’t it, but to be fair he was playing with fractures in 4 vertebrae in his back. He shouldn’t have ever stepped on the field.

I’ve said for years that the Saints did not have a good succession plan post-Brees. Which is weird considering they were about to draft Patrick Mahomes in 2017 and he went one pick before their spot. After that they stopped trying hard to find Drew’s replacement for whatever reason.
