'cause Dontae supposedly has about 17 different kids from a couple different females.

He will just confuse Jimmi as being one of his bitches.</p>

and he asked if I remembered his son playing football at State. He claimed that Dontae was set up. He said "all he was doing was smoking a lil dope, everybody smoke a lil dope, you like smoking dope?" After our lil conversation I figured out why Dontae was locked up.

Dontae's lawyer is a friend of mine and Bulldog player...He basically said Dontae was doing some drugs with this guy...they got pulled over and the guy had a bunch of stuff in the car...The guy then turns and says its Dontae's stuff to the cops...trial become he said/he said....Lawyer said Jackie had a chance to save Dontae and didnt do it...found that interesting

He's known Dontae since he was a 9th grader and believed him...so who knows

(while I was still in high school) I heard Dontae talking about anal sex with one of his friends by the cafeteria. I walked down to the florist, came out ten minutes later, and he was standing by a parking meter, still talking about "butt sex" as he put it.

Granted, he was talking about a woman, but he sure seemed to know quite a bit about the right way to handle an *******.

With that in mind, Jimmy gets my vote for the woman.

That kind of **** happens to people that ride around in a car smoking dope with someone. That **** about "be careful who you hang out with" that your parents told you: It's valuable advice.

Either he was dealing, or his buddy was dealing. Or both of them were dealing. I really don't give a ****. If you get up out of your seat and there is a huge bag of dope under it, you are going to the pokey. Tough ****.

Son of a ***** shouldn't have blown up and been a lazy ***, too. Although that should not merit a prison sentence. But, it sure as hell doesn't provoke empathy on my part.

Dontae's doing hard time because he was in someone else's car and a lot of drugs were found in the car (again NOT HIS CAR). I don't buy that for a second.

That's why the penalties for possession of such large amounts are so severe.
</p>
Edited to add that I personally know and have a lot of respect for the judge who sentenced him. You couldn't possibly be more full of ****.

harsh. I mean, a guy that killed a girl shooting at her on the interstate just got 22 in Ridgeland.

However, perhaps the judge was just in a bad mood and tired of looking at drug dealers. I don't think it was a racist issue. If I am a judge, I am puttting everyone away for the max sentence, and overall free society becomes safer. Harsh sentences for <17> ups? A small price to pay.

I looked this up about two years when this arguement came up then. I don't have a link but Dontae was sentenced according to MS law for his offense. People think Judges set the sentences but it is set by the states.....maybe in corupt counties....like a number in the Arkansas delta...guys caught with a large amount of drugs get a suspended sentence after a kickback under the table. But when a judge, prosecutor, and defense lawyer are ethical....a defendent found guilty will get the sentence required by law. With all that said, these are state charges. He will not serve all that time.

And nice distribution logic. I own a shitload of booze, therefore I'm obviously trying to give it to minors.

"<span class="post-title">Nobody possesses the amounts he was caught with unless they're distributing."

And why cant you belive it was the drivers and not Dontae's?</span>

Dontae would have never been arrested if the story you tell is true. If he were in someone else's car and that much dope were found in the car, the driver WOULD have been the one arrested. (Well, Dontae would have probably been arrested too but the one facing the serious charges would have been the driver and not Dontae) The story is complete ********. Just to be clear on what I'm saying, Dontae is NOT sitting in Parchman because he was in the wrong car with the wrong guy and took the fall for that guy's drugs.</p>

" If he were in someone else's car "

Dontae was not driving and it was not his car

Hell, I say lock both of them up....but, that was my understanding as well. It was not his car and he was not driving. Like I said, I don't give a **** if he was or wasn't. What if his fingerprints were all over the damn zip lock bag or whatever the hell they keep that stuff in? What if the cops saw him rifling though the stuff, or saw him trying to hide it. Hell, like I said, riding in the car with the stuff in the car -- that's good enough for me.

And oh yeah, he pissed me off on the field, too. Of course, that's no reason for more that just a week or so in jail, though.

Since we are talking about Starkville and throwing people in the pokey, what is "game warden that killed a couple of people and seriously injured another in the jeep wreck and fled the scene" charged with at this point? Last I head, they had charged him with fleeing the scene, but have they charged him with manslaughter, murder, or anything else like that yet?

The issue is when you are pulled over with someone and they have a large amount of drugs in their car, you could get charged regardless of whether that is your car and drugs or not. Fairness? Life isn't fair. Someone has to be charged and the cops don't know whose drugs those are. As Porkchop said, be careful who you hang out with. I had a friend that was dealing drugs and had to stop being friends with him over it. Part of being an adult is being accountable for your actions as well as your associations.

Dontae is huge and he has been in the system. This ain't his first Rodeo.

I had class with Dontae, American Govt. with Dr. Wiseman. Dontae atually came to class about three times. One time he came and the whole time did nothing but whisper in the girls ear who was sitting next to him. Half way through the class they both got up and left and Dr. Wiseman said "Well I guess they had some business to tend to" Pretty funny at the time

then the drugs were either found on Dontae's person or in a bag that was his. He didn't go to Parchman because the drugs were found in someone else's car unless there was some pretty strong evidence that they were in fact his drugs.

Actually, I didn't know who the judge was who sentenced Dontae until I Googled it after making my original post.

You own a shitload of all the same kind of booze? And you carry it all with you while you're driving around?
