"Hurt."It's unfortunate Juice was hurt last year, him and Legette would have made a dangerous pair for Rattler.
I mean he did have 68 catches for 928 yards in 2022. I don't think you go from that to 3 catches without being hurt."Hurt."
If you're planning on leaving, but don't want to get kicked off the team, you're "hurt."I mean he did have 68 catches for 928 yards in 2022. I don't think you go from that to 3 catches without being hurt.
Treyno- keep in mind this continued ground swell of resentment was that while he was "hurt", he made I estimate $400k sitting on the bench and then thumbed his nose at our willingness to pay him that. as time goes on and teams get smarter, I suspect clauses will be built in for just such situations- must play at least 3 games to receive 25% pay out, 6 games to receive 40% PO. Him mocking Beamer is funny to a point, but also a bad display of arrogance IMO.It's unfortunate Juice was hurt last year, him and Legette would have made a dangerous pair for Rattler.
Yep… 553 whopping yards for the year. Yippee.Juice went to a team that underperformed (again) while his former team over-performed all while he underperformed himself. F**k him.
He wasn’t hurt he laid downIt's unfortunate Juice was hurt last year, him and Legette would have made a dangerous pair for Rattler.

Yeah he was " hurt" but not " injured".I mean he did have 68 catches for 928 yards in 2022. I don't think you go from that to 3 catches without being hurt.
Can we stop bringing that losers activities up everytime he does something? He did nothing at Ole Miss and lost a lot of respect from the nfl because of his antics so hopefully it cost his greedy a$$ some money!
Why can't an NIL collective contract contain such a stipulation? The NIL is not the school or the athletic association or affiliated with the NCAA in any way. An NIL contract is a contract that pays a player for the use of his name, image and likeness. I can easily see future contracts stipulating minimum playing time, on field performance, penalties for any arrests or scandals and many other clauses that would reduce the amount paid. They can't as of now. But when the players become employees there's hope.

If so, that would be different than every other contract anyone enters into where they are paid for a service. In this case, the service is giving permission to use the player's NIL in advertising and the value of that player's NIL is directly tied to his performance of the job that he is doing. If the contract and the payment can't be based on performance or pay, the player could simply quit the team the day after the contract was signed and he would be owed all of the money.I am no legal expert, but have seen it written that the NIL deals can not be based on performance or play. They are supposed to be independent of that.
But, that was message board discussion, not legal analysis.
