I maybe can understand if we got a 2 or 3 for one home and away agreement. (for those that are stupid we travel once while they travel 2 or 3 times) But if we are doing a home and home - we are the stupidest most pussiest negotiators in the business. They have not sniffed any SEC opponent in Ruston for a very long time - that is some considerable leverage. Thank god LT is GONE.

Please tell me that the other series with SouthEast Louisiana and Middle Tennessee are anything but one and ones? Anybody know?

Middle Tennessee has something MSU has lacked for years until recently- a good AD. Massaro has actually pulled off a few of these deals since he got to Middle in 2005. Virginia went to Murfreesboro without even getting a return game. MT has Vandy in a 2 for 2 series, Georgia Tech and Maryland in a 2 for 1, and Memphis in a long term home and home series.

Massaro has taken advantage of weak AD's at some schools and scheduling problems to get really good deals for Middle.

a 2 for 1. And for Christ's sake, Sela is a FCS school. FBS schools in BCS conferences never play 1 and 1's with FCS schools.

La Tech and MTSU are both home and homes. Not only that, douchebag LT saddled us with another 6 home game schedule while the rest of the world plays 7 at minimum. Vanderbilt, let me repeat VANDERBILT had 8 home games last year. But, but, but, according to Dickhead Templeton, MSU can't support 7. F U Larr!
