who told Veazey that Templeton requested day to day operations be granted to Byrne on 6/11/08.
When Byrne hired Cohen, he essentially had charge of day to day operations.

You see boys and girls, when you people KNOW you can hire or fire them.....then you have charge of day to day operations. Whether thats in your current job description or not.

Jr... you do realize that day-to-day operations of being an AD contains just a LITTLE bit more responsibility than hiring a new Head Coach...right? I mean..there is monetary decisions, information decisions, and millions of other things that were still not Gregs responsibility at that time. All he was charged to do then was to find a head baseball coach.

NOW (as of 6/11) he is full in charge. he wasn't then.
Not that much of anything was going on then, but still.

His staff does most of those things. And once they figure out that Greg can hire and fire the higest paid people on the payroll, they quickly would have figured out that he could fire THEM. So at that point he was in charge of day to day operations.

And I take it you have never been to the Bryan building if you think any of those people could figure their way out of a wet paper bag after years of LT. Logic is not a word to be used with people who work in that building while LT was still around.
