If every player who COULD come back DID come back.

Sadly, that doesn't happen any longer, but, boy, what a thing it would be to keep this going and help us really build something.

Considering how each year will seemingly be a rebuilding year, we should just enjoy any current season as much as possible.

That being said, considering the topic, we need to hit the portal hard for DL next year. Or we'll be looking for the offense to carry us.

We will need a Rb, wr, te, and a few defenders. But that’s definitely possible in the portal. Unless , of course Clemson goes portal shopping, lol, not happening

Seems like with each passing week, someone on offense steps up and becomes part of the equation. Who know who will be the next contributor as our weapons continue to grow. Almost feels like in the process, we're building our own insurance policy if we do lose players. Fun to watch.

One positive is we are becoming a proven place where guys can portal into and shine. Kinnard became a 1st rounder. Rocket is a star. Multiple others, but Beamer and his staff seem to be pretty good portal recruiters. We will probably land some stars even if we lose some
