Baylor has had a rough year, but fighting back to try and move up in the conference for post-season considerations.
2 Homeruns in the top of the 7th and a sac fly with bases loaded, while plating 2 more in the 9th to secure the win.
Coach Smith knew he had to win, and it showed. The starter went 7 1/3, and was relieved by sundays scheduled starter to finish the game (1 2/3)

I stood at the edge of the bullpen and said hello and struck up a conversation with him after the game for a moment, mainly wishing him best of luck with the rest of the season. But we did discuss I was from MSU, and why i was in town (visiting my girlfriend) and he dropped a little friendly advice..that if i do ever marry her, to not expect to ever move back to mississippi.
Of course i had to mention to him then, how we would to have him back in mississippi, maroon and white would look good on him again,..leaving it at that, and wishing him best of luck for the rest of the season.

I didnt get to see baylor when they were in town this season, and for once this season on a saturday afternoon it was nice to see a good baseball game no matter who.

Yep, and going back tomorrow. she was at work.</p>and considering the history of Coach Auggie of Texas vs Baylor and Coach Smith..I expected and saw a great game.
Unlike anything I have seen in starkville this season.
Talked with some Baylor parents, all whom also mentioned they had heard the rumors of his name being in the hat.
