"I went to MSU's Spring game too."

How did it go?

"It was good. They ran the ball a couple of times. When they passed the ball; they mostly threw int's but their coaches seemed into it."

As with most Mississippi prospects, does he have the grades? I get tired of hearing hype about players that aren't going to be around the next year. Most people were touting Ken Davis or Tig as the top RB in last year's class, but you won't see either of them on a D-1 campus this fall.

that a kid that probably can't score high enough on the act to get into a 4 year school can in all likelihood, grasp our offense

Just a spring game huh? Doesnt matter? In spite of what you say, what we do on offense DOES matter to recruits.

He said it was good. He said we threw some and we passed some. What profound coach34-proving statement are you seeing that I'm not? Basically, it's a 17-year-old kid answering a pointless question. Not much here.

who authored that article on Superpreps.com which contained that dubious quote. The article was written by none other than Yancy Porter.

Yea they ran ball a couple of times (no mention of any fumbles, that might be a good sign) and they threw a few Int's. That is some funny stuff. GEEZ
