That’s like when Tuberville defended Croom by saying it took 10 years to build a program and we needed to give him time. Of course he wanted Croom to stay. It was a guaranteed win every season.
Funny enough, Croom was actually a bit of a thorn in Tuberville's side. Beat them on the Plains in 2007 and 3-2 the next year was (almost) as embarrassing for them as it was for us.

These arbitrary “rules of employment” are stupid to me. Those types of platitudes insist that one ignores the obvious facts we see happening in real time and yield to inaction.

Pay him like a HC then, Lane.
Since Arnett's buyout clause has a "duty to mitigate", whatever OM is paying him is subtracted from his buyout, meaning if he's getting $50,000/yr that's $50k less we have to pay him.

If OM can get dirt from Arnett, we can get dirt from Lebby since he was an OC at OM.
If it were that easy everyone would have dirt on everyone. How many coaches have flipped between the two schools, much less every SEC school.

Coaches likely don't dish on eachother, regardless what fans think.

Yall letting Kiffin and a nerd from USM get in yalls feels today. Congrats.
Maybe it's just me, but when he's off the field, he struts, talks, and acts like one of those frat boys who are only worried about making the best decision for his fraternity brothers poking the chest of the other frat Boys. The only thing he has forgotten is putting a burning bag of dog **** on Lebby's front porch.
