Most of the kids playing there don't want to be there and never really wanted to go to Ole Miss and are more or less just hired guns.

I don't see the issue with what he said. It applies to basically every program to one extent or another, even Georgia, right RaRa/Kirby?
He could've just said, "It's a lot like the coaching profession now. Sort of like how I left Tennessee! It's great. There's all this equality out there and people are realizing the capitalism works for student athletes just like it does for employees of the university!"
He named Ole Miss, but he's talking about all programs in general, and he's 100% correct.
