The latest rumor is that Kiffen is the favorite to be the next head coach of the Vikings. As funny as I think it would be if he left OM, I don't think he would be on nearly a big enough stage in Minneapolis to satisfy his ego.

That would be an underwhelming hire by the Vikings. I think he's a good coach, but I don't see him getting an NFL job right now.

Who's Lane's Dad and what did he used to do?
Is he a good guy? Were he and Gruden big buddies?

I think he’s a very good coordinator. I am not sure on head coach yet. He looks pretty good based on his last job and ole miss through the sugar bowl. But it looks like maybe he can’t sustain a program based on What’s happening this off season.

You can’t deny he’s done a great job his first 2 years. But there’s definitely room for a lot of concern over this off-season so far.

He would be under immediate pressure to win there. They’ve got some high priced players in Cousins and Cook and a megastar top 5 WR in Justin Jefferson still on his rookie deal.

In the nfl doesn't matter they take position coaches and move them up. Although urban might have soured the college to nfl move. Add in Rhule to that

Kingsbury made it work though

He really isn’t known for being content when a prettier, younger thing shows interest in him. He would drop Minneapolis for Las Vegas, Dallas, or Miami at halftime of Week 4.
