Don't know much about him, so I'll have to wait on Gamecock twitter to tell me how great he is. However, Judkins was MUCH better in 22 than he was in 23. That's pretty much all I know.
Are we addressing the issues on defense at all?

We finished 87th in Total Defense and 81st in Total Offense out of 130 teams. We were poor on BOTH sides of the ball.
The difference between the two is that DC White has gotten the job done and produced good defenses in the past. But not this past year, nor the year before. OC Loggains, on the other hand, has never produced a good offense, not here, nor in the NFL.
Thus, the only explanation is that Beamer has confidence that White will produce again but, does not have the same confidence in Loggains, because Loggains never has produced.
As mentioned above, Beamer could be putting his job on the line. If 2024 becomes a disappointing year, then 2025 will be
"make or break" for Beamer.
