Yep. Good hire. Probably a better DC than our DC though.
We have also brought in Paul Rhoads as an analyst. Another former HC and DC.
Multiple adults in the room. I like it.
Feels like our current DC maybe getting processed...

I like bringing in the "older" guys as analysts rather than coordinators or assistants. You have to believe the "younger" guys are better recruiters in this new era.
I remember in 2003 when we had multiple past head coaches on staff. It went really well.

Something like this should have been done last year, but better late than never I suppose.
Good defensive coach. I like bringing him in. I’d like it even better if he were the DC.
I'm curious if there is any connection between Briles and MacIntyre in the past? Have they ever coached together?
