He's 54 but looks 10 years older. In two more years he'll be 56 and will look at least 10 years older. He needs to settle in a place where he can be consistently good and guard against violating the law of "a job too far".
Maybe he will, but few coaches can resist the temptation (e.g. Ellis Johnson leaving for the Southern Miss job at the age of 57).

He was only 57?!? If you would have asked me, I would have said he was 68 when he left here.
Actor Ted Danson, 76, looks just the opposite (10 years younger) even with a full hair of gray. Just watch his Netflix show, "A Man on the Inside", the number one rated Netflix show. I highly recommend this comedy/drama. It looks at age with joy and optimism. Anyone who has dealt with aging parents will identify with this story.

I've both dealt with aging parents and am dealing with being an aging parent, which I'm finding to be a very mixed bag.
I can and do identify.
Sometimes I wish I was younger. But going through the dating game again is not something I'd be interested in.
