Newton is a chode. He loves to hate on the university that gave him a second chance after he stole from it. He's very fortunate to have been able to get his degree after that. There are very few people that would have been afforded that opportunity.

As far as the list, Deebo Samuel is the best playmaker this program has ever seen. I'd put Fayroh 2nd. He was on some bad teams, and was the only real receiving threat. It would be interesting to see what Deebo and Fayroh would have done on those 2010-2013 teams.

Dickie Harris, a db interceptor and kick returner from another era, played big too and should get consideration imo. Harris made big plays when he got the ball in his hands. Some of his best plays were against the bigs in college football.

Well maybe Syvelle has a point, probably not the point he is trying to make, but a list without Sterling Sharpe is kind of bull. Like Deebo ,Sterling was a pretty good kick returner as well and had 5 rushing touchdowns as well in his career.

IIRC, he also got some carries at tailback one season - maybe as a senior

TSUS is an absolute joke. Most gamecock fans block that guy.

Ryan Brewer but no Sterling Sharpe? Lmao.
