I grew up spending summers not far from there. Cherry Grove at the end of the surf at the costal waterway that separated North and South Carolina there was a bait shop called Jack's. I used to hang out with the owners sons and go shrimping in John boats in the back channels. WE would catch all sorts of stuff. Lots of junk fish but occasionally get Flounder and Pompano. Those were awesome times. We would smoke Whiting and Spot late afternoon. Now that intercoastal is stacked with Condo's.
Better budget a lot of money for insurance, if he can get it. One hurricane away from the ocean.
He is, I agree. However, he is sounding more Bidenesque in his pressers of late.
