I’m super confused as to why the athletics director at Arkansas cares whether or not a 3rd party for-profit entity gets reimbursed for not getting to use the name, image, and likeness of a person who is leaving the area. Better yet, why can’t said entity still use his name, image, and likeness for advertising, social media hits, etc.? He’s still the same person who hasn’t changed anything about his name, image, or likeness.

I hope NFL teams remember all this drama when draft night comes, assuming these 2 are truly draftable at that point. Wonder what dad will do at that point if they aren't? Probably sue somebody and blame them because the weren't NFL material
