I agree, when you go on the road & hang with your opponent at their place like we did in game 1 vs Mississippi, that often translates in a blowout win at home. We make free throws & that happens tonight.
We are what we are at the FT line. The good thing is we played so well tonight that we shot 60% and still won by 12.
When we lose in NCAA Tournament it will be because of shooting 60% or less from the FT…
The good news is that we will be such a low seed that we'll be matched up with someone that will handle us easily and our fans will say "at least we made it"
The announcers said that Mathews was the first one on the floor last night for practice and he was shooting FTs. At least he is trying to improve.
