I guess by "developing" he means teaching qbs to throw under duress.
We teach QB's what its like to play behind bad NFL offensive lines.
Yeah, we develop them by teaching them how to scramble and run for their lives.

Whatever things Beamer has done here, developing a QB isn’t one of them. Makes this report entirely unbelievable.
Beamer isn't the QB coach or OC. You don't think Rattler has improved dramatically under Loggains? Everyone seems to be in agreeance that Sellers is legit. We wouldn't even have Sellers if it weren't for Loggains.
In all fairness, its a small sample size. Dude had a 30 year old coach and a Div 2 QB in year 1. One QB went back to coaching and the other went to another p5 school. I would say Spencer did improve over time. So, in such a small sample to say Beamer or his coaches don't ddevelop QBs would be inaccurate. I do think Sellers will really be the definition of development or not.
Loggains has been a college OC for one season and was a trash OC in the NFL, so what’s his track record for quarterback development? One season of Rattler? Ok.
I think he did a very good job with Rattler’s, but to say that we have done well with quarterback development is silly.
