Many plays contributed to the win but this play ended the game

I know a lot of praise has already been given to Arnett and the defense, but it still somehow seems like it’s not enough. They were incredibly well prepared, and there were probably a dozen times that most defenses would’ve been caught off guard by one of their play calls, but we had it completely sniffed out.

One that comes to mind was at some point in the 2nd half when OM ran three straight RPOs, and on the first two, Judkins had solid runs. On the third when I think everyone in the stadium was thinking they’d just keep feeding him, Dart pulled it and was probably expecting to have 20 yards of open field. Unfortunately for him, he was immediately met by one of our players(maybe Watson?) the second he tried to roll to the left.

Just an all around amazing job of prep and discipline from the defense last night.

He said they have practiced against that play every practice so they knew what to do. Just happy he recognized it and reacted.
A lot of people on here have slammed our offense and praised our defense to discredit Leach. Leach is the head coach therefore responsible for both. He lets Arnett do his thing with the defense and he has kept Arnett on staff which is tough to do. I hope that we keep Arnett unless a head coach position opens for him. Leach has spun off a lot of head coaches. You don't do that if you are not a good coach.
