Beamer is showing how important culture is to a football program these days. Breaking a clipboard over your head doesn't really move the needle anymore for these kids. Of course spirited pep talks will always be part of the process - but there has to be more behind it than just the screaming and intensity. Champ didn't really bring much to the table besides intensity.
