I doubt the staff has given up on him .
Rumor has it he was swayed when he saw so many beautiful coeds (on this visit) wearing tee shirts that read "Saturday's are for cocks."

I doubt it too but is there room and does Outten fill the same need as Cyrus.
I just think Cyrus made a very bad decision and both he and PSU would benefit from him flipping to PSU. The window for him to flip may be open or it may have just closed minus a current PSU WR commit flipping to another school.
Having said that, I think Outten is a dynamic playmaker and it's a great pickup for PSU.

This kid is a stud. He is already college built, good speed, balance, runs with power, and can probably also play safety at the college level. Lots to like about this pickup, except for the folks at VT.
