Maybe going to Vandy with my boys. Input on traffic?

Might take the boys tomorrow. This is the only game we will make this year due to kids sports.
We have a space in the fairgrounds I buy every year. Just don’t use it that much.
Curious what the traffic situation will be like in the AM? What time should we leave?

Not looking to get out there and tailgate much. Just get there and eat a bite and go in. Would leaving at 9 am be sufficient? Have they improved the flow at all this season? We usually go right down assembly and turn right at that used car dealer at the corner of the fairgrounds, down past the rocket and into the back gate and up through the lot to where our space is which is one section behind the university doner parking.

Thanks all!

Should be fine. I am planning on getting there about 9am. But early games are not as bad of course for traffic. And no it has not improved unless you are comparing it to when the fair is in town.

I guess I’m comparing it to in years past it has flowed really well. All I’ve heard this season is how terrible it has been.
We are just out in Irmo. So figuring 8:45 leave. Should be parking by 9:30?

I haven’t seen much issue getting in and out of the area this season even during games(I live in the area) . Not even with the fair happening at the same time. Low Energy around the program- probably because of the 3 win season and bad football play so far. And with it being Vandy who also sucks- traffic shouldn’t be heavy. Enjoy the game, lol it will be the battle of the bottom feeders. Enjoy!
