I wouldn’t rule out McMahon just yet. I wouldn’t call it whiffing when Jans is the second guy either because both would be outstanding hires.

Funny that, after Cannizzaro, Cohen goes after a coach who was fired for sexual harassing behavior on video at a bar.

Why can’t we hire someone that has a history of cheating to get players instead?

Yea, I would hold off on the HR designation. Prohm left Murray State and was barely .500 overall in his tenure at Iowa State after really good success at Murray State. Will be a significant step up in competition for either McMahon or Jans. I do think either would be a very good hire 'on paper' though.

Todd Golden’s name keeps getting tossed around and for some reason I feel like he’s who we end up hiring. Just feels like the most on brand move for Cohen, hire the high upside young guy with boom or bust potential. That’s pretty much been his M.O. outside of Leach, but even then his first choice was Joe Judge, who I would say certainly fit that mold.
