NC State wouldn't be in Dayton as an auto-bid. It's the last four at-large bids and the last four auto-bids. The last four auto-bids are from the really weak conferences (16-seeds).

Basically there are 2 more 9s and 3 more 10s, with 2 of those 10s going to Dayton.
