Mens BB vs CS

At the game. We have played ok but csu is on fire. They must be shooting around 65% from the field. Their big men are good and very active which is setting up their guards for open shots. Need to rebound better on the defensive end.

To me, we look interested. That said, csu does look like the better team tonight.
One of those games where you have to tough it out and get the win. You can't lose to CSU and expect any post season
Meechie riding the pine a good bit of the game. Deservedly so. Like that about Paris.
No one shooting 3 well tonight. We have more turnover less blocks.

Looks lost in the game. Made a nice defesive rebound and threw the ball to one of our big men that was standing out of bounds.
I don't agree. I was there. We played ok defensively. They made some very good off balance shots. All the credit goes to CSU for playing a great game.

Agree. Defense was aggressive but CS made some amazing shots.
Our offensive passing was very sloppy and not crisp at all - very lackadaisical passing all night.
The kid showed some wizardy this evening. Real excited where the basketball team is headed.
I think this evening is the first time South Carolina did not have a double digit lead against the teams they have played this season.

No reason for Davis to be anywhere near out of bounds….
I watched and remember that part of the game. Davis was getting around an opponent and was forced out of bounds in a reasonable situation. Gray did not have enough court awareness to realize he could have waited another 2 seconds to pass the ball either to Davis or other teammates. At the time Gray was safely holding the ball and had no reason to get rid of the ball so quickly. It was just a lapse of judgment.
Basketball 101. When you get a rebound, you find a guard. You don't panic and throw it to another big man inbound or out of bounds. Davis was boxing out down low.
Go back and watch it again….he was out on the wing standing with a foot on the line like we see on some three point attempts. I’ve seen numerous times other people throw the ball to Zachary Davis after a rebound. You get it to someone who can handle the ball better than you when your guard ran away from you. Go back and watch the tape and we can disagree. WTH, would you be standing out of bounds near three-point land, when the ball is coming off the rim
