If money has any influence on these recruits, and we know it does, it would be hard not to consider greener pastures. I'm guessing $$'s influenced him.
Maybe he felt the other OL commits made competition for playing time too stiffJust gotta keep an eye on his teammate, Braydon Lee.
Not to minimize it, but if I HAD to choose one of our commits to cut, it probably would have been Williams.

Interesting thought, but we also needs lots of help in the OL.
It'd be interesting to see where he ends up.
He was the most expendable of our OL recruits, but yeah, we need bodies there. I wouldn't think it would be too hard for the staff to find a comparable recruit.
247 has him warm on Mich St. now.
Hopefully his teammate is the truly committed one and Williams was just tagging along!Yes, I wondered if he saw himself as the odd man out.
I'm more worried about losing his teammate, though.
Again, not dismissing the decommit, but he was by far the lowest rated recruit in the class, so if we HAD to drop one, he was it. His decommit didn't affect our class ranking at all.
Like most things in the SEC, I would suspect middle of the packWhere do you think Carolina ranks in SEC on available NIL moneys?
Wonder if we are in the top 25 nationwide ?Like most things in the SEC, I would suspect middle of the pack
Ratings for OL recruits is supposed to be the most difficult position for predicting how they will do in the future. Plenty of unheralded names playing in the pros. Because he may be ranked below the others may not mean a lot. If he was good enough to get an offer then our staff thought he could play for us.
It would be nice if we were the leader of the pack.Like most things in the SEC, I would suspect middle of the pack
A&M is the leader of the pack and look what they have managed to do.It would be nice if we were the leader of the pack.
