It's the reality show model, create conflict and film. I think ESPN's hard-left slant turned off some fans (for everything but live sports) and drove some fans to Barstool. I don't like Portnoy, but he lets talent be themselves.

This might be an unpopular take but Mintz is VERY likeable.

I’ve seen him comment on some Instagram posts by musicians and other music loving fans I follow.

His taste in music is on point enough that I wouldn’t mind having a beer with him sometime.
