2 more Ks to get out of the inning on 26 pitches. Free passes hurt Johnson, but I believe he can bounce back like he did last week. Missouri pitcher out to throw his 39th pitch.

He’s given up 9 thru 4…

Why is Hancock catching today?

LT came up hobbling after running out a grounder last night, may have tweaked something and taking it easier today.

Not sure why but Tullar has less than zero confidence today. Odd.

As good as we were last night, we were super poor, today….5 hit batters, all scored. Have only taken advantage on the gale winds once.

I wonder if they will adjust Tullar's throwing motion to under handed next season. Maybe he will throw more strikes and get more outs.

Johnson is a home run giving machine…

With 10 SO’s……..crazy

Starting him today was sheer lunacy. He gives up 3 home runs a game on a normal day, much less one where the wind is blowing out. All of Mizzery’s homers have been cans of corn, and the grand salami could have been ******* caught.

Of course, our “amazing home run hitters” haven’t taken advantage of it.

This coaching staff really seems to be exposing themselves this season. Not a good look going forward.

I wonder if he will even try to use his one remaining year of eligibility in Starkville next year? On rare occasions, he’s more than decent, but more often than not, he’s a disaster. He’s never really shown the ability to gain much trust on conference weekends.
