The Jeffrey Maier incident in 96 over the Orioles in the ALCS that helped launch the latest Yankee Dynasty in the late 90's.

As a Cardinals fan, I would have loved to have had replay on Don Denkinger's call at first base in 1985 that was clearly incorrect, but I don't believe that would fall under the replay parameters.
