Jones and the Chiefs made an appeal to the league and a fairly big stink about some very weak calls on Jones earlier in the season. Went all the way up to the owners meetings about how crazy the "can't touch the QB" calls were getting this year, especially on "aging" white QBs when younger and blacker QBs like Mahommes have been body slammed. Can't let a big strong young black man tackle a old white QB on the field was basically the issue at hand.
