Check out the interview on Flo with Snyder where he talks about Morgan McIntosh returning to wrestling. Sounds as if he's training with NLWC and could become member of team. Snyder is training with him and calls him a "beast." Snyder mentioned that Morgan considered entering the Last Chance qualifier for the World Team trials but just didn't feel quite ready. As best I can recall (and I'm sure someone knows better), Morgan joined the Special Forces after PSU, and he no longer serves. Thankful for his service and can't wait to see him compete again! Hopefully, others can add more details to this interesting news. (Mac was the only guy to beat Snyder in college, correct?)

Snyder had a handful of losses in college, all but the loss to Coon were in Snyder's first year.

Thanks. Looked it up. Lost to Gadson twice (3-2, Fall), Burak (2-1), and Mac (4-1 after beating him 6-1 earlier in season). When he lost to Coon 3-2 his senior year, he was probably outweighed by 50-60 pounds, and it was pretty amazing when Snyder beat him in NCAA Finals.

MacIntosh is a prime timer coming back from Special Forces duty/training. That must be insane. Wasn’t Matt Brown in the military, too?

MM was a great college wrestler but always bumped into Cox and Snyder it seemed. Great to have him back settling in HV and back in the room. I wonder if he is still “homesick”?
