I may be way off on this, because I can't tell a whole lot from just the few pictures, but the main grandstand/concourse looks like what would happen if you crossed Dudy-Noble with Trustmark Park to me.

At any rate, it will be nice. I wonder if they are trying to attract a Texas League or Southern League team to town.
