All I know is that I want Ross Highfill gone. Absolute hole in the lineup.
Sullivan, Frei, McPherson, Burns
Of the guys with eligibility left that aren't draft eligible: Ace, Stevens, Buckner, Foster, Dotson, McPherson, Burns
Then you got some draft eligible guys you'd like to keep: Siary, Davis, Frei, Williams, Sullivan
There's a handful of other guys you may or may not bring back depending on what you can get out of the portal.

McPherson and Burns for sure.........Do Sully and Frei have any eligibility left? I didn't think they did........

Siary is a great college pitcher, but doesn’t have MLB stuff. Would be great to keep him
I know Chance is draft eligible, but was he a junior or senior? I've seen both.
Either way, he's the kind of team guy I want to keep. He's a dawg in every sense of the word. Reminds me of old school dirty-uniform players in our past that I grew up watching.

I’ll trust O’Connor. He’s more qualified to make these decisions than me.

He's got one year left according to the official site. I think it missed most of one of his seasons at Upstate and thus has a 5th year available.
Does this mean we will be able to field whatever team Texas and LS-WHO allow us to field?

According to some LSU players parents that I talked to in Hoover it’s already a done deal. Things could change.
Oh man! If the parents of LSU players say it is a done deal then obviously we have no chance of keeping him because they would definitely be the infallible gold standard of knowledge in this situation.
Yeah. Maybe they're right. But I doubt they know as much as they think they know. Not to mention, everything changed Sunday night. I could see hiring O'Connor + a baseball NIL money infusion could change a player's mind about leaving. We'll see soon. He didn't enter the portal yesterday.
I really like the way Lukas Buckner stepped up and played as a true freshman who didn't expect to play this weekend.. I know he is small but he is a baller. You need a couple of guys like him on the team. He could play SS or 2nd. and he can hit. He will get bigger and stronger.
