What part of 6-8 Ws was an unrealistic preseason prediction? We won 8 last year and returned most of our key players. Plus, the schedule is easier. Even being skeptical of Crooms, most MState fans should rightfully feel 6 wins shouldn't be that difficult to obtain. I think only a few of us really realized just what losing EJ really might mean. Hell, even I thought we should win 6-8, and I've been about as skeptical of Crooms as Coach34. I said several times in the offseason that EJ was CoY last year, not Crooms. I got bashed, but no one challenges it now. I don't see how picking 6-8 Ws was "crowing." 9-11, absolutely. But not 6-8. As Arrow Dawg said, we should be "expected" to win aGAINST 17ing La Tech if we've really turned the corner. I'm just 17ing pissed I was right about Crooms and 17ing embarrassed. I hated showing up for my fantasy draft with my OM law buddies today. It's absolutely ridiculous we'll likely be the only SEC team to lose their 17ing opener. 17ing pathetic. Crooms must go. NOW.
