That would be your typical lack of attention to detail by Electronic Arts. Years ago they were the best game maker on the planet. Now they're all about quantity and big bucks.
For the record, I don't think it's any kind of conspiracy. It's probably one of two things. They've either rolled over the same stats from previous years, or they've made the same mistake ESPN makes all the time.......confusing MSU with Ole Miss. There's no other way to explain it based on what happened last season.
I love sports games, but I haven't played one in a while because there really aren't any good ones except for Madden and NCAA and I've never gotten into Madden. There are especially no good baseball games anymore thanks to 2K's agreement with MLB, and I've never been into basketball games. So for now I'll stick to shooters(Call of Duty franchise, etc., and looking forward to the next Gears of War).
