If they really want to fix the portal, limit players to one transfer AND make them sit a year before they can play. The “no sit” waiver was a COVID thing and its time has long passed.

I think the issue with the portal is worse than the NIL issue. Really, one begats the other because we have to use our NIL resources to keep our guys out of the portal.

So I agree with you. No more free transfers. That goes a long way toward stabilizing the whole enterprise.
