At this time there are not any plans.
Casey Cunningham was asked about this at one of the in-seaon pre-match meet and greets (it is in a thead somewhere, I think).
Basically PSU has 31 varsity sports and adding another non-revenue generating sport is not likely to happen given the university's current financial condition.
