Neil Price Named Voice Of The Diamond Dawgs - Mississippi State
A familiar voice will now be calling Mississippi State baseball games.
The good news is that it is Neil as hoped.
The semi bad news is that Jay Powell and Polk will continue as color analysts. Jay has a wealth of info and makes really good points and observations, but, whenever I hear him all I can see is Jeff Foxworthy sitting up there in the booth.
As for Polk, the stadium can erupt in a chorus of cheers and you will still be able to hear his nose whistling and his heavy breathing above the roar of the crowd.
