It was great being a student at MSU back then. I was a Junior before I saw us lose a BB at home. I have always thought Babe McCarthy was/is the best coach in the history of MSU regardless of the sport.

Bumping this because I just watched it on Paramount+.

It was a pretty good documentary. Mississippi State is treated with a fair amount of reverence, which is a welcome change for a national broadcast. Rick Cleveland is featured pretty prominently and Jerry Harkness does a lot of the documentary beneath a Game of Change poster.

Also, the center for Cincinnati is still salty 60 years later.
