talking about a team that is not on your schedule as you approach real season seem far from normal coach. There is zero value for penn state in playing this team.
Narduzzi reminds me of a guy in high school named Sluggo. He was an overweight, pimply faced, nerd. Come prom time he kept asking the homecoming queen to go with him. It turned into a school wide joke. Narduzzi = Sluggo

If I were AD I'd sign them immediately. With the only stipulation being we get 2 home games for 1 until the series evens out.
When they were the more established program they flexed to their advantage. I love the crocodile tears now that the tables have long since turned.
There's no doubt that nardo-do smells like bad breath and old man farts. You can practically see it wafting over him like gorillas in the mist.
Apple to Orange comparison. That like saying Pitt would rather play Wofford then Penn State. I am sure if Pitt would sign up for a one and done like Delaware and UMass then Penn State would gladly accomodate them on the schedule.

That is certainly a weird dynamic. Pitt fans hate us. We're a cult. We're a diploma mill. We're beneath their standard of academic excellence. Narduzzi only recruits character. They don't need us. Blah, blah, blah.....
But they throw a hissy fit because we won't schedule them. We're afraid of them. It's important for football in Pennsylvania (even though you'll never see them schedule Temple).
Kraft needs to publicly announce an offer in PSU's favor. Nothing outrageous. 2 for 1 or a 1 @ PSU.
None for none. There is no market for this game, that's why it's not being played.
